Shipping policy

Customers must use an accurate shipping address including the apartment number, zip code etc..when placing an order for shipping.

MerFashions can not be responsible for the arrival time, location or condition of any order/package once it has been turned over to our third party shipping partner. Any concerns with tracking, lost or theft etc.. should be handled directly through the shipping carrier. (If by chance something is wrong with the item itself Ex. Wrong size, damaged product please refer to the refund policy for more help or Message Mer using the contact form available in the drop down menu.)

Once orders are shipped, confirmation emails and tracking number will be sent. From there tracking and updates will be available through our third party shipping platform.
